I have not really met the owners Pete and Judith but I'd like to say huge thank you for your big heart, you're more of customer satisfaction and service than monetary benefit. Your guests are lucky to have been dealing with kind hearted people like you!

My sister and I took my 86 year old mum to see Lionel Ritchie at colwyn bay and thought it would be nice to travel up the night before mum is just on the mend from a cancer op. It was definitely the best idea .the rooms were ideal for us ,very welcoming hosts ,and everything explained to us courteously...

Very clean, neat and tidy on entering the hotel. We stayed in room 13, nice comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom. The only complaint is we had a noisy neighbour next door, they kept slamming the room door and banging up the wall. Apart from this we had an enjoyable 3 days. Peter and Judith are very welcoming and friendly....

As my title says Friendly, Welcoming, Warm, Homely and Professional exactly what you expect from a B&B. From the first time we walked in to the minute we left we could have been more looked after. The owners are lovely and the rooms are very well kept. We only stayed one night after visiting Zip World, but would have been...

The breakfasts were amazing, with wonderful friendly hosts - Peter and Judith. Their knowledge of local sights and restaurants is great and very helpful. Our room was very pretty with a double bed and single...

Booked a single overnight room after a long journey from the Dorset coast. Really helpful and friendly owner and very comfortable and quiet room. The room was well stocked for making tea and coffee and breakfast was excellent. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay again. Jon L.

We were greeted in a friendly manner and our room was clean and comfortable - especially the memory foam beds. Breakfast the following morning was superb. My only beef is that they wanted to know what time we were going to arrive. How do you know when you are going to arrive on a day out? I discovered on arrival...

Very friendly welcome from Peter one of the owners who showed us around, to our room, explained the house rules (locking doors, use of the extra living areas on the ground floor and please be aware of other guests). The room was big, airy and spotlessly clean with a proper sofa (not a sofa bed) in it and the bed...
