Loved this place! The owners are 3rd generation French who speak fluent English. The food, superb...the white sand beach is never crowded. Air conditioned rooms, white sand beaches, excellent food and swimming in in the lagoon...a perfect place to unwind. Ask for Phillipe (the owner).

We arrived having accommodation somewhere else that wasn't what we expected. The staff at Hibiscus were fantastic and were able to get us into a room and even offer to change the next day to air-conditioning . But we were quiet happy in the bungalow although the mosquitos are very friendly so make sure you have protection. The restaurant is... More

We stayed here for five nights for our honeymoon, following two nights in Papete. We were met by the transfer company at the airport and paid on arrival. We were able to check in early and had a welcome bowl of fruit for our honeymoon. They had the best pineapple! The room was also nicely decorated with flowers on arrival... More

Very peaceful. I found myself thinking this on the beach, in the lodge, by the pool and laying in bed. We were in lodge 7, next to the Sunset restaurant. Besides a slight sound from the fan in the restaurant kitchen between 7-9pm, we didn't even hear people in the restaurant, just the sounds of nature, birdsong, a few chickens,... More

This property has several separate cabins. Only two have a/c so reserve ahead. Pretty location right on the coast. Large open air restaurant with decent quality, selection and pricing especially if you take the meal plan. There had been reports of room theft but almost all due to leaving room unlocked according to front desk.

I was welcomed to the island with a kind and genuine hospitality that is rarely found! This small family owned pension is straightforward in style but stands out when it comes to good and genuine customer service. They helped me select and organize the most unique and fun outings on the island. My room was very clean and simple with... More

This is the only place I would ever stay in Moorea. Second visit - right pick first time. It's peaceful (apart from roosters and they are everywhere in Tahiti anyway). Good restaurant with perfect view of sea and sunset. Sandy beach with water on one side shallow and good for snorkelling and on the other side of a rock pool,... More

Lovely location, simple but clean rooms and a lovely setting. However our holiday was marred by theft from our room. Also happened to friend staying at the same place...however, if you are totally vigilant about locking doors, even when sleeping, you should be ok.

This is a wonderful location with simple bungalows close to a beautiful beach and with many restaurants nearby. The in house food is very average. Bedding tired and insect ridden. Our lovely holiday was spoiled by theft.
