Hi Cheryl B - Thank you for your question regarding a stay in December. Our reception is staffed 24hrs so there will be somebody to welcome you on your arrival. Once you have collected your bags on arrival in Wgtn there is a Freephone (once you clear the International Arrivals/Customs area) which has a direct line to the Hotel. Please use this to contact reception and the shuttle will be arranged to collect you.
