We have been to this hotel several times, once on foot on the Chemin de Compostelle. It was a convenient stop, with good food, even though the service left a lot to be desired. We were booked in last week, spent one night and were told the following evening that the hotel had been placed in receivership and was closing...

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once arriving on foot while walking the Chemin de Compostelle, and once arriving by car. This hotel is a traditional family hotel in a very picturesque village. There is free off road parking. I was also allowed to leave my car here for several days while we were walking for no charge. The...

This is a two star hotel. Only just though. It is very attractive from the outside, both front and back. Pool area is good too. Meals just okay. However, the rooms are only very basic. There is evidence of some renovation work over the years, and overall it was comfortable enough. Staff were very friendly. However, they were entirely absent...

Stayed on our Camino to Santiago .This hotel needs revamping in side and the friendly but tired staff are not up to the job . With a few beers and a meal 165 Euros each , worst and most expensive on our trip !

Don’t be put off by the hotel name ..... it’s a local family surname. Set in a small village, and overlooking a pleasant park, the front wall ivy gives the hotel a rustic appearance, and is pleasing to the eye. Parking is right on site, and one can leave the car plus its belongings safely. The whole area wreaks of...

The lunch menu is good without being exceptional, although there were special dishes appropriate to the season and the day. A local speciality is a thick vegetable soup that most of the diners ordered. This restaurant is not large and was completely full on a wet, autumn afternoon. The guests, except for ourselves, seemed all to be French locals so...
