Stayed for a couple of nights through a Groupon deal. Hotel is in a lovely spot right on the Loch. Hotel is clean, food is good and staff couldn't be more helpful. Dog friendly too. Would highly recommend a stay.

Restaurant was very busy but party of ten was accommodated in a private room. Very attentive, efficient and knowledgable staff. Excellent food and wine. Fresh local seafood beautifully cooked and presented.

Amazing rooms even without the loch view (£20 extra). Very Scottish decor and food. Bar was beautiful and cosy with a huge selection, their specialty being gin. Pool table and SNES system for fun. Very quiet and not much around if didn’t bring a car....More

The annex is a total disgrace. Poor quality bed and they have some cheek charging money to stay in this they really do. It's a bit like living in a cold and damp garage

We stayed in the main hotel and have no idea about the annex rooms. Everything was good except that the fire alarm went off at 2:30am because someone was smoking in their room.

I'm not sure the staff are very friendly and I'm sure they would do every5hing on their power to accommodate your needs but you would need to contact them to be sure
