Warmly welcomed on arrival and shown to my room. Parking on the street is easy as there is a £1 council-based parking permit scheme and the owner is all set up to let you have a daily permit. Where else can you park in London for that price! The room was clean, warm and well-presented. Everything fully functional and why...

I was initially confused by the unkempt front and lack of sign but upon knocking discovered it was the correct address. I was shown to my room. A cold box in the attic with a grey threadbare towel, and no toiletries or hair drier as advertised. Upon trying to open the door I discovered I was locked in (having since...

I stayed in a studio apartment that was at the rear of the property. It looked as if it had been very nice at one time but everything was in bad shape and there were three beds in the space so no room for anything else apart from a plastic chair and a chest of drawers that was falling apart....

Well, what can you say. We had a clean room and bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bit small but sufficient. Comfortable bed with nice, crisp bedding. Breakfast in the kitchen with other guests, no problem, just enough chairs needed for everyone to not have to hang about (in the patio area) until a chair becomes available. Good choice of...

I stayed here a few weeks ago, having walked up and down Sandycombe Road a few times looking for it, as they for some reason have no sign up denoting B&B.The room was good, clean and tidy, no issues. My issue was upon re-booking, I saw the late-rooms online price of £38 for the single room (see pictures) but the...

Firstly no signage to indicate this is a B&B so walked straight past it and carried on down the road for half a mile Knock on the door 4 times before it was answered and the guy said he was just about to go to bed, it was only just after 10. No check in time limit was given! Then...

We were made very welcome. The rooms are clean & modern in an old building. Breakfast was friendly & just like home. If we choose to stay again, contact direct & get 10% off. The B&B is between lots of restaurants & conveniences, close to Station & Busses.

Booked here last minute for a friends wedding in Richmond, didn't check reviews like I normally would but booked here as it offered breakfast. Got here for 1:50pm, had no idea if I had the right place as there was no b&b sign outside so I rang the bell a couple of times and no answer, I then rung the...

Our visit to the Kew B&B can best be described as akin to a stay at Faulty Towers. We booked a room for the 4 of us. We were provided with a total of: - 3 small hand towels (poor Liz was last in the shower and so drew the short straw of using a used wet towel, which barely...
