I feel I'm doing the Hotel and Staff an injustice giving it an average rating, however, my rating is based on the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed on Saturday evening 18/02/17 and at £65.00 for B&B it was excellent VFM. For your money you get a warm welcome and excellent breakfast, the location of the...

Very dated hotel & pricey for the accomodation. Could hear the music & talking from the bar downstairs which disturbed sleep. You could even hear the conversations between guests in other rooms. Lots of slamming doors. Very noisy. The bathroom was tiny, just enough room to sit on the loo. Door lock and handle coming loose on the door. Basic...

To all travelers to Richmond London this hotel and pub is by far a must for a break of any duration i.e. Or just pop in for a drink and enjoy a meal whatever it's a brilliant place for a great craic with mine host Patrick and his super better half and staff I now know what it's like to...

At £75 in Richmond its not to expensive but there is NO EXCUSE for a lack of basic cleanliness. Firstly the bathroom (if you can call it that) is c.800 mm deep - the size of the shower with a toilet to one side the shower to the other and door between. The basin is in the room as there...

You have to look a long way nowadays to find an honest traditional pub that does just what it says on the tin. The Duke's Head makes no false claims and has no pretences. Friendly service, well kept beer, delicious home cooked food and a friendly local clientele deliver the kind of pub experience we seldom find in today's false...

We chose here instead of the Premier Inn which was initially our first choice as you know what to expect. The reason we chose the Dukes Head Inn was because it had limited parking / car park. When we arrived at nearly 6pm we discovered it was merely a 'drive' not a car park as such, and was crammed with...

This pub is awesome! A beautiful location and the hospitality is very professional. Would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to escape the tourist traps and see what real London is all about!

Just got back from a great weekend in Richmond. Yes I was wary before we went as I wasn't sure about staying above a pub and because of some of the negative reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. If I'm honest I don't think the pictures do the rooms justice. Our room was spacious with a huge double bed as...

Great couple from Ireland were our hosts, food excellent all freshly cooked, highly recommend. Vineyard road, within 7 minute walk of Town Centre. We would certainly take our family there for a week end trip. Not far from the river so no need for the car.
