Well located just off the main road I should think it's a great place to stay. Although I only had lunch the food was absolutely lovely. Well presented and good quality I also think thought very reasonably priced and the staff all very nice and helpful. I actually felt that they would go to a lot of trouble to make...

I could not help get the impression that Pat, the owner, Christina and the other staff truly care about their Pub, their guests and patrons. Great back street location, Roast of the Day, Bed and Breakfast all good value. 20 mins off peak by Uber to Heathrow. Hope to visit again if only to have a pint with some of...

If you're looking for the Dorchester, stay at the Dorchester. If you want a reasonably priced place to lay your head within an easy stroll of Richmond town centre, then manage your expectations accordingly. Yes it would benefit from an extensive refurb, but 10 of us middle aged men had no reason to complain on our recent rugby trip. Pat...

I feel I'm doing the Hotel and Staff an injustice giving it an average rating, however, my rating is based on the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment. We stayed on Saturday evening 18/02/17 and at £65.00 for B&B it was excellent VFM. For your money you get a warm welcome and excellent breakfast, the location of the...

Very dated hotel & pricey for the accomodation. Could hear the music & talking from the bar downstairs which disturbed sleep. You could even hear the conversations between guests in other rooms. Lots of slamming doors. Very noisy. The bathroom was tiny, just enough room to sit on the loo. Door lock and handle coming loose on the door. Basic...

At £75 in Richmond its not to expensive but there is NO EXCUSE for a lack of basic cleanliness. Firstly the bathroom (if you can call it that) is c.800 mm deep - the size of the shower with a toilet to one side the shower to the other and door between. The basin is in the room as there...

You have to look a long way nowadays to find an honest traditional pub that does just what it says on the tin. The Duke's Head makes no false claims and has no pretences. Friendly service, well kept beer, delicious home cooked food and a friendly local clientele deliver the kind of pub experience we seldom find in today's false...

We chose here instead of the Premier Inn which was initially our first choice as you know what to expect. The reason we chose the Dukes Head Inn was because it had limited parking / car park. When we arrived at nearly 6pm we discovered it was merely a 'drive' not a car park as such, and was crammed with...
