Warm reception. Very friendly. Comfortable room. Everything I needed at a sensible price. And easy walk to the match at Twickenham Stadium. I didn't get the chance to use the bar or sample the menu but it all looked good and the pub has a nice atmosphere. Can't fault the Dukes Head.

Popped in for my first visit and warmly greeted by the Dublin born landlady. Good pint of Guinness in a pleasant well presented saloon with a good ambience. A range of local papers and magazines provided to browse. Can recommend a visit. Philip

A very nice hotel in a pleasant city close to London, 30 min metro. Close also to the Richmond park where you will see wild animals like deers. Rooms a bit old but this is the style of the hotel. They are also very well maintained and kept. Very friendly owners and crew. Pub and restaurant downstairs. Plentiful english breakfast included in the price. Possibility to park the car but limited amount of parking bays. We were in family and had a triple room and double bed room.

My family and I are staying here for four nights and we all think that that the overall experience staying here is pleasant and enjoyable. Everything goes well beyond expectation, clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff and great food (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here). Will definitely come to the inn again if I am going to visit Richmond in future. Highly recommended!

Friendly landlord even better chef, helpful, parking an issue but good pub grub and excellent breakfast. Next day asked cheekily, how about a sandwich from breakfast chef for our flower show. Absolutely no problem, fried sausages other choices all wrapped in foil and labelled individually.£3 each. Popped into corner tesco 5 minute walk away for fruit and drinks..sorted for a full day at Hampton court.
