All the staff we encountered at this hotel were wonderful. Excellent customer service Lovely room, spacious, spotlessly clean and on extremely comfortable bed. The view from the room however was really disappointing, looked like a building site unfortunately (see pic). Location excellent though, very close to Richmond Park and the hotel even provides bikes. We booked through booking.com and sadly there was no mention on their site when booking online that the spa wasn’t yet open (one of the main reasons I chose this hotel). Really frustrating but not the hotels fault. Would definitely return & I’ve no doubt the spa will be amazing once open.

Hotel's Favourite
I was looking for a spa hotel mini-break for an anniversary celebration (last minute due to personal schedules). Everything was so booked up, over-priced (in my opinion), or not suitable. I then found a too-good-to-be-true offer on the Richmond Habour Hotel Spa website (whilst searching all their Harbour Hotel sites) which was worth taking a risk for. I stupidly hadn't realised that it was the hotel that had a fire/still under refurb, or that I had booked it for colleagues in the past under the old name! The spa/gym facilities were limited due to refurb, and there was a fair bit of building still to be done, but it didn't matter over-all. We had the best time! Charmaine provided us with a magical treatment each, as it was quiet we had the outdoor hot-tub to ourselves (win), borrowed the hotel bikes to explore the park, were in lovely a newly refurb room with complimentary gin, enjoyed delicious cocktails and food in the restaurant, and were treated exceptionally well my the Manager (will have to add his name), and Restaurant/Bar staff. My biggest annoyance is bad customer service, and rude/grumpy people (especially when you book an 'offer'), which I find pretty common in hotels these days! So massive thumbs-up that we left feeling so well taken care of. We'd defo return to the Richmond (and try other) Harbour hotels in future!

I stayed at the Richmond Harbour Hotel for three nights in a superior twin room with my friend. I cannot praise the staff enough for being so helpful, kind and attentive. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a mixture of vibrant colours and textures that are a feast for the eyes. The food is delicious - I recommend the lamb ragu! The Sunday roast dinner lunch was the best I've ever tasted. We sampled different options over our short stay from the breakfast menu which is varied and good value. The chorizo hash was so tasty as were the baked eggs with harissa yoghurt. To eat breakfast outside in the delightful courtyard setting was such a relaxing treat. Our room had every luxury you could want- the complimentary sherry and gin were a lovely touch and no expense is spared in the soft furnishings and White Company toiletries. The bed was very comfy with crisp white Egyptian cotton 400 thread count bedding. Arjen, on front of desk, was a charming embassador for the hotel; he gave us a warm greeting when we arrived and made sure we had everything we wanted. Jan was also very sweet and helpful, radiating happiness. It is so important to have happy staff as it was clear they loved working in such a beautiful environment, which in turn makes guests feel relaxed and content. When we checked out, Rachael was very friendly, professional and appreciative of our custom. She let us have a late check out and said we could leave our luggage to explore Richmond one last time before returning home, which we appreciated greatly. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone who wants to have a relaxing break with staff who will take very good care of you. Thank you to everyone at the Richmond Harbour Hotel and keep up the excellent work!

Although we arrived before check in time and asked to leave the car in their car park nothing was to much trouble for them and the had a room ready for us. The room was exceptional newly decorated with all you come to expect from a 1st class hotel. The Bar Restaurant and the patio dining area were spacious and covid safe as we're all of the areas in the hotel. Afternoon tea and dinner were very nice as was breakfast. The location at the top of Richmond hill gave easy access to some spectacular walks. All in all we had a marvelous time
