And if you've never been before, then come and discover what all the fuss is about - new owners Rhonda & Rupert Stevens, head chef Albie and the team will be pleased to see you! What could be better than warming yourself with a winter ale, enjoying a slap-up meal on a weekend, or unwinding with a glass of wine outside and enjoying a warm summer's evening. The defining characteristics of the frontage, including the Italianate tower, date from the mid-Victorian era when tourism was a major growth industry in the Conwy Valley. The building is named after the three eagles displayed in the coat of arms of the Wynn family, the principal local landowner in the Tudor age. It is currently an independent hotel, bar and restaurant.

I would just like say a massive thank you to everyone at the eagles hotel, with everything that is going off at the moment, they have been so accommodating towards me my son and my Great Dane (amaya). I couldn’t ask for anything more. My son absolutely loves it here as there are good long walks in the woods and a play park a stones throw away. Just a quick thank you to the lady on reception who my son absolutely adores, and we will be using the eagles for the forceable future it’s perfect. So just once again thanks to all at the hotel. I’m not one for leaving reviews but this one is a definite 👍

Stayed here with friends whilst doing 3 peaks challenge. Great location & food shame about Covid rules as it made fir a weird atmosphere and no cooked breakfast in morning as you had to preorder the night before to get a prepackaged cold breakfast. Staff friendly rooms clean

Just visited the Eagles Hotel for a coffee with my husband, a hotel we frequent quite often when we stay in Llanrwst, after a prompt the coffee arrived 45 minutes late and when it arrived was luke warm. Very disappointed even more so that the staff didn't even seem to be too bothered. We won't be returning despite all the lovely meals we have had there. Mrs Hignett

Such a lovely stay, relaxed hotel in a great location with views and a river walk on the doorstep. Absolutely gorgeous room, very clean, easy check in/out and friendly helpful staff. Free parking onsite was spacious, no trouble with a large vehicle. Nice continental breakfast provided.

Stayed here with my autistic son in a family room. Really enjoyed ourselves despite covid restrictions. Staff are helpful especially Abby who is cheerful and friendly. Our room was fabulous thank you and we will definitely be back. Breakfast is a continental one which is adequate. Restaurant food was ok at night and the bean chilli was especially nice. Service is quick and easy. Plenty of parking and views over the river and bridge are fabulous
