Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Everything was wonderful, rooms were immaculate and the food next door is lovely, great parking spaces. I made a visits to here during February 2023 for doing exams in the area and the staff on reception were consistently excellent and in particular Greta and Gabi were very good. They both were on the desk to greet with smiley faces and happily helped me with any issues.

Everything was wonderful. The only negativity was the l disabled bathroom shower is a bath shower. The bath is lowered but still a big step in. Tony on reception was a superstar and made us very welcome.

We stayed one night at Premier Inn A370 to visit The Optima Stadium. The hotel is situated next to a leisure centre and has a large car park. The hotel has a main block and then an annexe, we had room in the main building. Swift check-in and standard Premier Inn rooms, with fan and opening windows. What we liked about this hotel is there's plenty around if you want to just leave your car and explore. Bus stop about 10 mins walk takes you straight to Weston Town/Sea front, saves you driving around looking for car parking. You can walk roughly 15 mins to a retail park with shops/ eateries and a pleasant park to stroll around. We will definitely visit this hotel again purely for its convenience to Weston and away from the hustle and bustle of a town centre. As a travel agent, I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my customers.

Best premier inn we have stayed in by far, arrived to a lovely clean modern reception with a smiley team who made us feel so familiar and welcome. We even had treats in our rooms left for us, Greta, tony and Shauna who I seen on my duration of my stay helped with anything needed. Great team, great hotel. Will be back

We would like to thank Shauna, Gabi, and Ryan for their kindness, Friendliness and for being so helpful with giving us information about the area 😊 nothing was too much trouble 😊 They are all a credit to the Premier Inn. We have stayed at a number of Premier Inn’s but would definitely say that this one was the best and would recommend 😊 Weston Super Mare East (A370) Hutton Moor Road.

Had a great stay here, team were very welcoming, hotel felt brand new and the in room personal message and chocolate was a nice touch! Room was clean and warm - also a good selection from the vending machine which can be hit and miss in some other hotel chains - will be back.

Not the best Premier Inn. Allocated a disabled room (didn’t need/request this) - bathroom sink was at knee level and the bed was so low and uncomfortable. Wifi/signal was dreadful. Bedding smelt of stale smoke.

Following a colleague who was already booked here, I had to stay too. It wasn't the easiest to find, but it is opposite the rugby club and next to the local sports centre or swimming pool. Car park plentiful, check in simple (unless you're a business user, then you have to book in with a person). The room I had was miles away but not the end of the world, parking was safe, and the beefeater was great. The room was bland but one night was a blessing, the bathroom was great a working toilet, sink and shower the bare minimum of everything you need but working all the same. I noticed the staff use the disabled car parking spaces, either cleaning the car or just lazy maintenance staff not great first impression but not a bad view either. Food was good, drinks were good the wifi crap but I didnt care it didnt affect me. There is a gathering of cars in the car park outsde the window in the sports complex car park the wndows are reasonably sound proof.

Love this hotel the staff are always friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We stay here regularly as we have family who live close by. We stayed in the newer bit of the hotel which had everything we needed. Slept really well and couldn't hear the road close by.
