Stayed here as a last minute booking as needed to be down for work. Great hotel, good value. welcoming friendly staff. good location as easily walkable to town centre and train station or beach. lovely breakfast included in price. excellence in all areas of customer service, not just treated as a number as can happen in many big chain hotels.

I had a lovely stay over the Carnival weekend I found all the staff very nice and friendly My room was very clean and and refurbished a nice hospitality tray with plenty of tea & coffee biscuits and yes Weston Rock. I cannot understand some comments about not having a sausage for breakfast that was already very substantial and a... More

A one night stay whilst travelling on business. Easy to find, on a hill with a small carpark outside and on street parking. Really pretty looking hotel. Arrived to drop off bags and met by a kind, old gentleman and an excitable little dog on reception. (I am not being unkind he was genuinely the oldest receptionist I have seen).... More

So what you do get is a quality breakfast freshly cooked the bacon is thick and obviously from a good butcher and the eggs not your usual super market effort.Real butter for your toast.IT is not a help yourself style breakfast you ask for what you... I was asked to do a talk to 42 Club and I must say I did not perform brilliantly. However, in all the years I have lived in Weston I have never been to this hotel thought I have passed it many times. I was impressed. It was well appointed and well maintained. The supper served was basic substantial English... More

Lovely views out to the Grand Pier and the beach from our room and balcony. The room was warm and comfortable although dated - teasmade and console looked as if they had been there since the 1970s. The bed was great and everything was clean. Nice big bathroom and deep bath. The breakfast was excellent: hot, fresh and good quality.... More

Stayed in older room no.2, old fashioned but decent enough. Hadn't been vacuumed a lot of bits everywhere and hairs in bin in bathroom with no bag inside. Just needs a bit more attention cleaning wise pulling things out etc, otherwise a lovely friendly team and welcoming hotel. Try the 'blitz' tearoom, tis awesome.
