One of the nicer B&B I've ever been in: very clean, furnished with a good taste, it has all comforts, and last but not least, a breakfast to remember! Strongly suggested: the host is extremely polite, helpful and welcoming. Also one of the best value for money B&B. Shall I happen to be again in Macclesfield, that's going to be my accomodation for sure. In on word: excellent!

Without doubt one of the nicer B&B's I've ever stayed in! Having to spend a quite a bit of time in Macclesfield for work, I found Sleep, Eat, Repeat a comfortable home from home. A beautiful place to stay, each room has a beautiful, unique and stylish interior design element to it more expected of a London boutique hotel. Exceptionally comfortable and immaculately kept rooms with one hell of a shower! The Manager - Karina is the most accommodating, personable and friendly person I've ever met with in hotel business - I received a text every evening to confirm the choice for the next mornings breakfast hamper. As I have very specific dietary needs I was somewhat astounded that they were catered for above and beyond my expectations, and a more than generous amount too! [face-to-face breakfast service in the kitchen was obviously on hold due to COVID-19] Easy access to the main train station and Taxi rank and some superb eateries all within a very short walking distance. [A lovely Tapas bar, Scandinavian Cafe and "Best Chippie in Macc" just a stones throw away]. Simple access upon arrival a door key code and a secure key safe for contactless entry and checkout. The B&B is very close to the town centre and Church so evenings sleep can occasionally effected by overzealous bell ringers and the nightlife until the early hours. The bigger back room [No 3] is advised to minimise noise but ear plugs are provided for the lighter sleeper [Any criticism the B&B receives for this is wholly unfair in my opinion]. This is not a 5-star hotel no , but the atmosphere is so special and the stay personalised that it really felt like it to me. Why pay for one of the larger chain hotel across the square when you can support this well-run independent? All respect for the Manager Karina who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Entrance is shared with the barbers, our lovely host sent us the code to open the door. You then get your key out the key safe (fantastic for contactless check in during these times). There is a short flight of stairs up to 3 rooms, we stayed in Room 3 and the room was average size. There are table and chairs in due to the current situation but there was still enough room for us to move around etc with no issues. Bed was very comfortable and we slept really well. The church was closest to our room but we had no issues with noise from that or any of the restaurants below. It’s situated on a sweet street with lots of restaurants near by. Parking is a 2 minute walk to a public car park (it is pay and display before 6pm except on Sunday’s. Breakfast was a choice of rolls, some fruit and a muffin. They were left in the fridge for us where there was also milk and water bottles. In the room there was tea, coffee and hot chocolate as well as crisps and twirls! Lovely addition. We would definitely stay again.

A lovely, clean property in a very pleasant area on a cobbled side street. Our room was very comfortable, nicely decorated & with good facilities. As well as providing a kettle with tea, coffee & hot chocolate, there is fresh milk and water provided in the fridge on the landing. Snacks are also provided on arrival - crisps, biscuits and chocolate. It was very humid weather during our stay and we were particularly grateful for the tower fan. Karina is a great hostess who was very kind in being flexible with our times of arrival and departure which helped us out considerably. Due to Covid 19, the arrangements for breakfast have currently changed. Karina offers a choice of a freshly made filled roll, fruit cocktail, a delicious muffin and fruit juice, which are left in the fridge in gift bags tagged with the room number. We had a very enjoyable 2-night stay here. We will definitely book to stay here again on our next visit to Macclesfield.

We stayed overnight in Room 3 last night and are pleased to report that the earlier review claiming it was an 'ordeal' was in fact an comedy piece (well, it had us rolling around in laughter anyway!) Room was clean and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast freshly prepared in the morning and a sound night's sleep. The location was ideal for exploring Macclesfield, eating out and drinking at the bars. Would definitely revisit when we return to Macclesfield.
