Because we had to visit Hartlepool On a family matter, we decided to stay in seaton Carew. The actual building always caught my wife's imagination, from being a young girl when she lived in Hartlepool .

Best guest house in the area I have stayed here many times. Great selection of breakfast cereals and good menu to cater for most tastes. Good location for local amenities and transport. plus beach is only across the road for those that want a long beach walk and take in the sea air.

Myself and my fiance arrived around 11pm for a two day stay and still received a warm welcome and all the info we needed re breakfast, wi-fi etc. Our ground floor room was lovely with full-length floor-to-ceiling windows looking out on to the rear garden. The location is great on The Green and just over the road from the sea....
