My wife and I always stay at Pond Cottage when we visit this part of Kent. The only time we could not stay, which was disapointing, was when they were fully booked for a wedding a year or so ago. We have stayed at least five times now, both summer and winter. The cottage is like stepping back in history..a...

Be warned this is more of a homestay than a b&b. It was a bizarre stay, and whilst the couple try very hard, in our opinion they fall very short of a relaxed B and B experience. I have little doubt that there will be an extensive reply to this and claims of us not understanding what a B and...

Oh dear. This review is extraordinary, and so different than all the many kind 'excellents' that by far the majority of our guests (and many returning guests) write. Future visitors can make up their mind from all the lovely comments from most previous guests, including the 'excellent' from guests the week immediately prior to this review. This guests' other Trip...

Pond Cottage is a beautiful old listed cottage with a picturesque garden and pond. Charming hosts Mandy and Graham certainly know how to make you welcome with tea and delicious home made cake on arrival. Our room was very comfortable with fine views over the garden and a super power shower. The breakfast was of outstanding quality with much of...

Sadly we were only able to stay one night during a hectic long-weekend on tour, but what a remarkable house. Its hundreds of years of history give it a wonderful feel as soon you walk in, added to which the warmth of the magnificent roaring fire and the warmth of welcome from Graham and Mandy make this somewhere really very...

We are most grateful for the very kind and generous words here (and by our guests in our visitors book reflecting this stay) but we are upset at just how we could be marked down - especially so on 'service' and 'cleanliness,' resulting in our guests - rarely - dropping us down to four stars in this review. On asking...

We arrived in the dark and rain and were welcomed with homemade cake and tea in front of the fire. The cottage is full of character in a beautiful part of Kent as I discovered on waking and looking out at the view! The rooms were cozy and comfortable and the shower was great. Breakfast is perfect with a range...

I can't say enough about what a fantastic home this was to have the privilege to stay in! The home itself was a taste of old England with it's ancient history that makes you feel like you've stepped back in time. Amanda and Graham Webb are warm and gracious hosts who have opened their home in such a way that...

We had a very enjoyable stay recently at Eggpie B&B whilst visiting some of the best historic houses in the UK including Hever Castle, Knole House and Chartwell all of which are nearby. Our hosts Graham and Amanda were so welcoming and our daughter especially loved Tonka their super friendly labrador. We arrived to tea and homemade cakes in the...

It's hard to know where to begin here, so I'll start with the proprietors Graham and Amanda Webb. Both are caring and considerate, and so eager to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They are genuinely kind and extend the hand of friendship to you. The accommodation is excellent, and bedroom we had was spacious and comfortable. Also the full...

We stayed two nights and Graham and Mandy couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating when we needed help and advice. The setting is glorious, calm and picturesque. The breakfasts are sumptuous - I don't think that there is anything they wouldn't do to make your stay a happy one.
