We headed out late (lost the car keys) and trailer-limited to a nominal 50 mph, arrived, after covering the 300 miles, at 2 am. Having kept Andrew updated of our progress he was still up to greet us! Pity we hadn't told him about the trailer. No problem - we found a space for it and a couple of bricks... More

We stayed here for two nights "on spec" because very little accommodation available elsewhere, but would have left after the first night if we hadn't had to pay upfront! *Reception? Very confused but nice lady was in a muddle trying to find us a room and trying to work out from a diary what was available. Also when we asked... More

What a fantastic venue and what a great party ! We held our wedding reception at th Eidsforth hotel on 26th June 2010, and from the moment we walked in to the hotel to make the initial enquiry, to checking out on the day after the wedding, nothing was too much trouble for Rosemary and Andrew. At every stage of... More

I was new to Morecambe. I stayed one night only. I had booked "blind" in advance at the Eidsforth - always a bit of a lottery. However, I received a warm welcome and although I was early for check-in I was shown straightaway to my room so I could settle in. I expressed disappointment that my single room (sea view... More

Even though we stayed for one night only, on our trip to Scotland, we still like to think back to Morecambe and this hotel. The staff is amazing, the location just perfect and the hotel can be highly recommended. Next time when we are traveling in GB we will definitely come back again!

We stayed for a friends wedding and found this hotel to be very good. The staff and owners couldn't be faulted. They were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. They were clean, a good size and well supplied with tea, coffee etc and towels. We only had breakfast here, but from... More
