I stopped here on route home from Cardiff, it could do with a good upgrading in rooms, stairs, bathrooms are not that great. breakfast was nothing to jump about for, only 1 egg, 1 sausage and 1 slice of bacon, not worth the money. I will not be back in a rush. SORRY FOLKS. OWNER only interested in taking your...

DONT CALL THE NUMBER STARTING 0709 as i was charged by my mobile phone provider as this is not a normal mobile, I was told by my mobile phone provider that it is a mobile abroad and if the person answering it had have been abroad when I called it could have been up to £50 per minute, thankfully it...

Trip to more Morecombe, my mother and I stayed in a twin room. Sheets and towels were clean, however the whole place needs a refurbished. Very dated furnishings. Carpets had multiple stains and a part of the wallpaper had come off which had been covered by another piece which did not match.would definitely look elsewhere for value for money

Spent one night here. The owner was friendly and other staff members were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the sheets were clean. Double room was a bit small we only just managed to put up the travel cot. And the ensuite door wouldn't shut properly which only became a problem when my husband used the loo before...

We stayed here for one night at the weekend. We took two doubles and one single room. The manager was very polite as was the lady who served our breakfast. The rooms are very basic and in need of attention. However, we had a clean and comfortable bed in a room with a sea view. Breakfast was absolutely fine with...

The staff very welcoming and helpful. Yes the hotel is dated and could do with a makeover BUT the bedding and towels and clean comfortable bed and pillows would match any 4 star accommodation. The breakfast with tea and coffee was in with the cost of £65 for 2 people and sea view. WOULD STAY AGAIN has a base. I...

On arrival at the hotel, we were greeted most enthusiastically. We were able to check in straight away, unpack and go out to explore. The décor of the hotel is very lacking and gives the overall appearance of being in need of a great deal of affection. But our room was clean. The bed linen was spotless and the bed...

Reading other reviews having booked this and gone past our cancellation date alarmed us to some extent. HOWEVER, on arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and given our key. The room had a lovely sea view and pristine bedding. Service at breakfast was good and the food was excellent. Downsides are the threadbare carpets in places and the...

We were desperate for accommodation and stumbled upon st Winifred's hotel in Morecombe. The hotel is very tired and carpets need replacing urgently in the bedrooms but the service more than made up for the conditions. The owners were so friendly and accommodating and the towels and bedding were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was excellent so we stayed the extra day....
