My husband and I visit Morecambe every couple of months and always stay at The Broadwater. The owner David always makes us welcome, greeting our arrival with a tray of refreshments. He provides a very comfortable, clean and well furnished room catering for my individual needs. The guest house is kept spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are second to none....

We stayed one night Easter Sunday at The Broadwater Guesthouse as on our way up to Leighton moss RSPB bird Reserve. Our stay was perfect, met at the door, our cases were taken to our room and we were asked if we wanted a tray of tea or coffee brought to our room which was lovely. The Room was spotless,...

This was our second visit to The Broadwater and we were once again very happy with the cleanliness, comfort, food, service and the position, also the little touches that are much appreciated, such as a tray of tea and biscuits on arrival, a pair of binoculars in our sea view room and the quality toiletries in the en suite. Breakfast...

Thanks David for a comfortable and good value stay. Excellent breakfasts each day with wide choice; beautifully presented in a clean and airy breakfast room looking onto the bay. All amenities in the room are first rate-from refreshments to interesting things to read. A very clean place to stay and a comfortable bed too.

We stayed tow night while visiting Morecambe for a concert at The Platform. The Broadwater is conveniently located along the seafront and the views across the Bay to the snow clad Lakeland Fells was absolutely perfect. Comfortable room with all the amenities that you would expect even in a much higher spec establishment and at a very competitive rate. Excellent...

We stayed here for one night in march 2017. We were welcomed to our room by David who brought a much needede tray of coffee. We had booked a room at the rear but were upgraded to a sea view which displayed extensive views of morecombe bay and the south lakes. We appreciated the attention to detail to ensure a...

We came up to Morecambe for a sad family event. I chose the hotel both for the reviews and because I knew it would have stupendous views of the bay. On our arrival David was kindness itself and very helpful to my sister who arrived later. The hotel was very comfortable and the breakfasts all you could wish for. Thank...

The guesthouse is located right at the seaside with a nice view from the breakfast table. Breakfast is amazing and plenty, loved it. The room i was in (No. 1) was...

The owner David met us with a warm welcome, showed us to our room which was very nice with lovely touches, he asked if we would like a brew which was really appreciated. I had a good...
