Booked 2 nights B and B over the weekend to cut down travel time to work- single room £23 per night. I arrived and had to wait until the booking confirmation was eventually found. Then the owner/manager said that breakfast was not included. I showed the confirmation to indicate it was, he said it wasn't on his confirmation. I asked...

Lads' fishing weekend in Morecambe! Couldn't have chosen anywhere better to stay. Clean, comfortable, well equipped, handy for local amenities, super breakfast using quality ingredients, excellent value, witty/friendly "mine host". One of our group is a vegetarian who is also wheat intolerant. This was (unusually!) no problem and he was given a wide and decent cooked breakfast choice and gluten...

This B&B was very comfortable but very typical 1980s B&B style. It was very clean and tidy but the décor was old hat I'm afraid. The breakfast was fine and the host was pleasant enough. It is what you'd probably expect from a very dated seaside location. In fact to be fair it was very in keeping with Morecambe itself....

Nice enough but I felt I was being watched all the time. Bed was comfortable and the brekkie was OK. Not sure there was anyone else staying there so felt a bit uneasy about the place. Surrounding neighbourhood has definitely seen better days. About 10 mins walk to town centre for a marginally better area.

Last minute decision to stay over and booked the night before to stay at the same place as my friends. Wasn't sure what to expect but hey, I only paid £26 for a single room with breakfast included. Yes, the hotel is a bit dated and there is one bathroom per floor but what do youn expect for the price....

But everything was fine, room nice and clean comfy bed. MIchael the owner was very friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast and made to order. I...

Booked this at the last minute and didn't know what to expect. I had another place booked but my husband decided he wanted to stay in Morecombe town centre. The rooms are small and could do with a bit of TLC but I asked for a quiet room and got it we could just hear the sound of sea gulls...
