We stayed at Barker Stakes with friends for 7 nights, all four of us enjoyed and thought the accommodation was first class. We stayed in Lodge 5 the family accommodation, our friends was in Lodge 10 really recommend either lodge, very clean and roomy our rooms had a leather settee in each, so much better than having to sit on...

We are glad these guests enjoyed their time with us as we really enjoyed having them with us for the week. To clear up any future confusion the accommodation they stayed in was our b and b accommodation which are self contained rooms round the farm and as described however the lodges are mainly self catering.

This was a perfect place whilst visiting the UK to meet with friends. We were able to share the 2 bedroomed loft accommodation which had a nice sitting room where we could catch up, cook, keep wine in the fridge and generally feel at home without worrying about disturbing the other guests. The breakfast conservatory was a lovely airy place...

Stayed here in a double room for one night in August. We had been quad biking nearby the day before for my partner's birthday and we visited Filey as well. The room and bathroom were fantastic, modern and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised with the mini-fridge and free wi-fi. The owners were really friendly and the breakfast was great....

We arrived to Barker Stakes Farm for a 2 night stay in one of their B&B Family Rooms. We had just spent the day at the local Dalby Forest and were pretty exhausted. What a lovely welcome from the owner, Steve, who promptly found our booking and proceeded to help myself and my boyfriend with our luggage. We were shown...

Great place to stay. Family friendly. Owner and his family could not have been more friendly or helpful. Stayed two nights but would happily have stayed longer. Would definitely go again if I was in Yorkshire.

Just spent two nights in Lodge No 1 with our dog, it was just what we needed, small but perfectly formed! Clean and modern with a terrace area that was great to relax on and allowed the dog an outside area to snooze on too. The site itself is a nice walk from Pickering (great for dog owners as there...
