We were greeted by friendly staff and were pleased with our ground floor room with a large bed and extra facilities e.g. bottles of water as well as usual tea, coffee and biscuits. The lounge/breakfast room was comfortable, which also doubled up as the restaurant in the evenings which included a bar. The food choice was very good and served... More

Although the address is Pickering it is actually a couple of miles south, fronting on to the A169 immediately after the junction for Flamingo Land, on the west side if driving north. The Hotel is conveniently situated a couple of miles south of Pickering on the road from Malton. There is a good sized car park. Check-in was easy and the very helpful lady in reception escorted me to my room and even carried my bag up the stairs which was a nice gesture. (There is no lift) Although I had booked... More
