Hello Firstly I hope I have the right guests! Rooms booked direct with the hotel are at a discounted price, your rooms were booked direct and by booking.com which explains the prices The entire heating for the hotel was turned off for you. You told staff the radiator wouldn’t turn off. I had the radiators services last week so I was confused. I called the plumber, sadly the radiator had not been fully turned off. He did turn it off successfully

We went for breakfast at 9.34 and were told it closed at 930...news to us! Sorry nothing we can do said the host. Then the chef said ‘nothing to do with me’. Apalling customer service. Soggy toast provided by a young waitress who clearly had a more accommodating outlook and frui

Thank you for your review. The time was 9.40 and I immediately went to check in the kitchen for you. I explained the situation and offered my apologies, your first comment was to demand a rebate and your second was to put a bad review on tripadvisor. The toast was not soggy but prepared immediately for you. The juices are kept in a clear fronted fridge next to the grapefruit you had.

First time i have stayed here and was made very welcome. The hostess was very helpful with local knowledge and made sure we was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Will make sure we book when we are back later on in the year.

Have stayed at this hotel quite a few times over the last couple of years. While it is still warm and clean standards appear to have dropped. The bar was understocked on a very busy night in the village. The worst was no white bread for toast for Sunday breakfast!! Two supermarke

Cracked bath panel.
Are you able to cater for coeliacs (a gluten free diet)?
In the U.K. all caterers by law must advise of ingredients. Disability Discrimination Act requires all businesses and services to make ‘reasonable adjustments’. I’d suggest you email or call them to make arrangements for your individual needs. Have a fab time in Saundersfoot x

Is it suitable for less mobile guests & wheel chairs
Hello We have disabled parking and a lift to all floors. We have guests stay at the hotel in wheelchairs and the electric speed machines ! We would rather you ring to reserve a room so we can discuss your needs fully and put you in the most suitable of rooms. Our number is 01834 813452. I normally recommend room 21 which has a lot of room for wheelchairs to move in , however , it has a corner bath with a shower over it, which may not be suitable for you to actually get into. We are very happy to try and accommodate you. Karen Owner

Hi. Do you have anywhere to store bikes? I'm thinking of staying during a cycling tour - there would be 5-8 of us with cycles. Thanks.
Hello. We have somewhere outside where guests have locked there bikes too. Thank you.
