Great location! Warm, clean room! Ample parking! However, we booked a double room with a sea-view and unfortunately the bed seemed more 3/4 than double. The bed also squeaked every time my partner turned over in bed, waking me up. Not a very comfy mattress. Paper thin walls meant you could hear the guests above you...all contributing to a poor...

A warm and clean hotel with everything we needed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the full Welsh breakfast was lovely and portions perfect and the hotel is in a great location. We would stay again and recommend to others.

We arrived late in the evening, the friendly staff told us not to worry, they were waiting for us. Our family room was spacious and had lovely views of the harbour -- perfect for three energetic kids. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was a good space. We all enjoyed the full breakfasts that came with the room --...

We had a family room for 3 nights over the new year period. Check in was quick and easy, the room was clean and tidy with extra space for the family as promised. Quite a noisy place - banging doors and every time the toilet in the room above was flushed it was very noisy. Breakfast was ok although sausages...

Little gem of a hotel situated on the hill just outside Saundersfoot town centre. We booked for a weekend getaway with friends as one of the couples had recently got engaged. When we explained this upon checking in we were given a free upgrade to a suite for our friends. All rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast, which...

We arrived late Friday night and had nowhere to stay due to a misunderstanding. We looked along the road and Claremont House looked the most welcoming. The door was open and we were immediately given a room. This is a very homely place. The bedroom, room 1, had the softest, most comfortable bed, we soon forgot our troubles and after...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
We are situated in Saundersfoot, one of the most attractive places in West Wales. Saundersfoot, with its bustling harbour and vibrant village centre, lies at the foot of a beautiful wooded valley and is blessed with a choice of fine sandy beaches. This well-established resort abounds with water sports, sailing, fishing and boat trips. Low tide exposes a huge crescent of golden sand and enables beach walks to Amroth and Monkstone point. Close by are several other popular destinations, which offer the best of everything - spectacular uncrowded blue flag awarded beaches, stunning countryside, invigorating walks and numerous attractions. The hotel is within a few minutes walk of the village centre, the Glen beach, the harbour and the Pembrokeshire coastal path and cycle route. Rooms are all en-suite, some with breathtaking sea views. Family & less-abled suites available. All bedrooms are well-appointed with freeview TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. ... more   less
