Stayed here for a short holiday. The owner, John, is a really welcoming host and cooks a great breakfast. The house is very comfortable with a very relaxed atmosphere and the bedrooms are well appointed, clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Good food, clean and comfortable guesthouse accommodation. A good setting in the countryside with good food and a very welcoming and friendly host. Easy to reach by car as a few miles out of Stirling. Will be back when in Stirling.

I thought it would be nice and quiet to stay out in the country. I hadn't noticed that this place is on a busy street, the parking is awful, the rooms are stuffy (if you open the window then the mosquitos came in). We couldn't shut off the heater, so our option was to sleep in a very warm room...

Stayed here for 4 nights with my friend and the owner Jon was kind enough to let us check in earlier than the usual time. We had a nice clean room which we were pleased about, but felt that we got treated slightly different because we are only 16- we got told to eat in the social area which made...

My wife and I were on our honeymoon, traveling all over Scotland and staying at multiple B&B's. The Hillview Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfy with a 'homey' feel to it. The inn keeper and his daughter were very friendly and accommodating. If you're a Monty Python fan, you'll love staying here because you are...

Best nights sleep that I had in years . Jon was a prefect host to me and my children and could not have asked for more. Also location wise was perfect and only a stones throw from Blair Drummond Safari park.

Our first stop on our self drive around Scotland. There was slight hiccup when we arrived but the owner, quickly prepared the family room in a jiffy. The room was large and the window opens to a huge farm. Although our room was next to the road and there was other guests but there was no noise issues as I...

Did a self-drive trip around Scotland and stayed one night here. There was a slight miscommunication with the room booking but John, the owner, fixed it quick with no problems. We got the family room, which was spacious and clean, and with modern fittings in the bathroom. Wifi was spotty but otherwise everything else was great. Breakfast was a choice...
