I stayed in this friendly clean hotel and found it to be very well appointed in an excellent convenient location. Will definitely return. The room was bright and quiet in a contemporary design and I was made to feel very welcome.

Do not book this place. The front door was kicked in, lock broken and the place looked like a refugee house with men of all languages and white vans parked up outside. I left immediately even with the Chinese owner beckoning me in. Absolutely no way. NOT recommended at all. Shocking. Not fit to be advertised on any hotel website.

The hotel is very dated (early 1980s) and visibly dirty on the carpets and furnitures. Mould growing in the bathroom, paintwork chipping off, silverfish crawling around, a big hole behind the bed on the wall, towels smelly. It's also quite noisy from the cars despite of the double glazing. The duvet covers were very clean though and the shower worked...

Very quiet and tidy environment. Management and staff accessible. Sainsbury's in front of the hotel makes for easy access to buy groceries. Rooms are neatly arranged. Please keep it up. You can also add Airport pick up with a reasonable fee.

We arrived late so had to pay £10 to get to it, but the airport bus is only £3 and we took that in the morning. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. All we wanted was a cheap, comfortable place to sleep near the airport and this place provided it. Good value.

We booked through booking.Com and arrived after a long journey from the north east. We were tired from the journey so imagine our shock to find what looked like a hostel! We rang the bell. No answer. We rang a mobile number on the front door and an Asian man came to greet us. He looked quite disheveled and his...

If you look past the obvious cheapness, its actually pretty good value for money we saved around 250 GBP over other offers in the area at short notice and really didn't notice the environment, its supplemented by the sainsburys express over the road and dont expect much in the way of paper work. but it works and got me out...
