I stayed at this Travelodge the night before I flew out to the United States. I've stayed before, and thoroughly recommend it as a stress-free way to begin a holiday. The hotel is always clean, welcoming, the rooms have everything you need and are quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful.

My opinion of TRAVELODGE has drastically changed since I spent 5 nights at the hotel next to Heathrow airport. First of all, loads of parking at very reasonable rates, cheaper then other £7.50 24hrs. I don't know who has redesigned the rooms but they are now very like for like with Premier Inns. Fantastic very comfortable large double beds ensuring...

The hotel has overnight parking at a reasonable rate. The rooms are clean, but spartan - not a big selection of toiletries (in fact, hardly any at all). The food is awful - just the type that gives British cooking a bad name.

This hotel is directly under the flight path & is very convenient for Heathrow. Rooms are basic but comfortable with tea & coffee making facilities. If you need a hairdryer, ask at reception. The staff are very helpful. Stayed before & after our holiday to New Zealand, so after a 14 hour flight we needed a comfy bed to catch...

OK for the money but I note that despite the relative newness of the hotel it is starting to look shabby. The room was OK, large enough but very spartan, no phone, iron or any superfluous furniture. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I got a good nights sleep for two nights in a row and that is ultimately the acid...

OK it's a Travelodge. Cheap and cheerful. Ideal for an overnight stay prior to that early check in at Heathrow. Except. (TIPS). If you have a early flight, take an alarm clock, there is no phone in the room so no early morning call. WiFi is not free in the room, it is chargeable. If you are returning a car...

The Travelodge is in a great location for Heathrow and is very good value for money. The rooms are clean but basic but for one night it really is all you need. The check in was quick and helpful and a good nights rest was had before an early flight. The bar is large and with free wi-fi is a...

We stayed before catching an early flight from Heathrow and found the hotel very convenient (and amazingly quiet considering planes were practically landing on the roof!). This is likely to become our default airport for travelling from Heathrow.

Stayed here after a day at Thorpe park as the location and price was really good. The rooms are pretty standard, a double bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely hard and pretty uncomfortable to sleep on. The bathroom wasn't amazingly clean but ok. There was a good amount of tea and coffee in the room which...

This place is so close to the airport that you can see it and engage in a little airplane spotting if you want. Surprisingly, you don't hear the airplanes unless you are outside the building. The staff are great, and can answer most questions (will explain in a moment). Breakfast was also good. Room and bathroom clean, Shuttle bus to...
