Overnight stay as working locally. Good price through hotels.com and then free upgrade at check in. Lovely receptionist who helped us with a pub recommendation for dinner. Good fresh cooked breakfast. Couldn't fault it. Free parking. Clean, nice linen and towels. Plenty of hot water.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of it location to Heathrow Airport. We found it easy to get to on our return to the airport, excellent price and in a great location to West Drayton where it was easy to get good food at a reasonable price. We were leaving the hotel at 3.30am in the morning and...

Stayed here for daughters graduation. Looks lovely from the outside. Reception staff were friendly. Rooms are very dated but comfortable. The lock on our door kept getting stuck and we did think at one point we were going to miss the graduation because we couldn't open the door! The shower was ok, only 1 large and 1 small towel to...

My wife and I stayed here the night before a flight to Heathrow. The hotel was very easy to find and there was parking on site. The gentleman on reception when we arrived was very helpful. He gave us a great recommendation for a local Indian restaurant only 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There is a small bar where...

I had a flight connection at T5 early in the morning, so I had to spend a night somewhere. This hotel just does the job. Acceptably clean (not too much), not far from T5 (not too much), reachable by Bus 350. The stop is 1 minute from the hotel (in both directions). Remember you need a ticket (1.50 £) or...

Stayed for one night as my usual West London hotel was fully booked, unusually it's less costly at weekends than during the week, perhaps it has mostly people staying for work rather than leisure - don't suppose too many people visit on holiday unless the night before a Heathrow flight. Comfortable rooms, bit dated but fine for a nights sleep,...

We stopped overnight on a Saturday en-route to deliver a commissioned painting in London. We had a huge ground floor room --no 17 which was down a long marbled floor corridor. It had a high vaulted ceiling ,quite a large TV and a very, very comfy bed. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. It was quite a dark room, mainly...
