We were part of a coach trip visiting for the Turkey and Tinsel afternoon. We were warmly welcomed and looked after very well. The food was hot and tasty. Entertainment was great. Everybody joined in. They provided such a lovely atmosphere. Well done Talbot.

Very friendly and efficient manager. Provided a drink on arrival at 6 although the bar didn't open till 7. Provided directions to my destination in Southport. Very clean room. I overslept and was in a rush for my train the next day but they provided a perfectly cooked breakfast within 5 minutes. Very highly recommended

Also the radiators didn’t work, not even get warm. I did ask about this heating problem - which didn’t get fixed. Probably the hotel's heating wasn’t on....
