Clean and tidy hugely near to shopping and pier. Very friendly nothing too much trouble. Rooms clean and tidy with ample space and nice enquire with shower. Excellent breakfast with loads of toast. Would recommend.

Stayed here for 2 nights at late notice, host Lisa was fantastic, very friendly & welcoming.. the room was spot on also, I will certainly return! Pros- Parking on and off street Stylish rooms Extremely comfy bed Cons- NONE!

Central location between Lord Street and Promenade. Host - Lisa, very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Price excellent and breakfast outstanding. Wifi throughout hotel, no problems with connectivity. Will certainly return.

The hotel is spotless plenty of tea coffee etc rooms done daily it's in a great location a few minutes away from the pier, city centre, pubs and Lisa is great nothing was to much trouble the 6 of us took up 4 rooms for a 4 night stay and we all loved it all the rooms still haven't been...

great b& b run by the lovely lisa i had a single en suite room ,it was spotless couldnt fault it atall , tea & coffee & hot chocolate & even bottled water in your room. breakfast was great plenty of choice .would highly recommend .

The Hotel is just off Lord street and the prom I was take there by my fiancée for my 65 birthday Its own by Lisa and mum help her the room are clean and tidy but need up dating the breakfast are the best breakfast I have had in hotel

The landlady was very welcoming and eager to please. The room was clean, compact and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly prepared and delicious. The room was cleaned daily and included a change of towels. The 'chocies' provided with tea/coffee facilities were gratefully devoured. Easy access, not only to the town and shops, but also the lengthy promenade. Hall, stairs and landing...

This Hotel Is Just off the main road Lovley little place Lisa the owner very nice lady her breakfast IS HUGE all in all all nice place.Shame the weather didn't behave its self can recommend it for a weekend stay.
