I stayed here for one night with my husband as we were visiting relatives. We checked in and went to our room, only to find we had a ridiculously small, very run down looking room. What followed was the worst nights sleep I have ever had at a hotel. Right outside our room was a door that divided the corridor....

We had booked a spa break in place nearby and decided to make a weekend of it- what a mistake!!! Tacky, dated, run down rooms. Stained walls, dents (like punch holes) in wooden bathroom door, windows that didnt open, basic potable tv with 4 channels. Our room overlooked The Avenue and Bar humbug bars:nightclub but had no idea what an...

Our room was directly above the nightclub so very little sleep. It's a shame standards have slipped as it's handy for town...

The fault we had was, we were not informed we were across from a nightclub, which considering we stayed on a Monday wanting some peace and quiet, and the noise went on...

Stayed for one night on a wine and dine offer, and for value for money was great. Food good , chef helpful even brining custard out just for my daughter as she wanted it on her apple pie . Yes the hotel is dated and in need of a lick of paint , but the room was clean and for...

Arrived early, car parked, reception very pleasant. Room small but clean, great shower, always a plus. The food was good, loads of choice, well presented. The entertainment on both nights was great, shame not better advertised, very few of us there. Admittedly well worn, not the best entrance but nowhere that dreadful. At the price you shouldn't expect 5 star....
