This is a lovely house turned into a beautifully presented hotel/B&B. The owners are extremely welcoming and happy to share their local knowledge on the best places to eat and where to visit. Breakfast was a real treat, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. Highly recommend this beautiful place.

We stayed here for a weekend break, we were made so welcome as soon as we arrived and even made sure we had maps and dinner reservations . The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely especially little touches like home made shortbread! The staff at breakfast are lovely and attentive and really seem to work well as a...

We stayed here at the beginning of October for a couple of days for our anniversary and we loved it. Its one of the best places we've stayed - Tenby was somewhere we'd never visited before but we will definitely visit again. On arrival we received a very warm welcome from the owners and were shown to our room promptly....

This really is a high end boutique hotel. Beautiful hotel, rooms are really good, we had one with a standing bath in the room, the missus just wanted to stay in that all weekend! Staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, even came with bucks fizz! only a 20min walk from the beach. I booked this hotel for...

PROS: LOCATION a little out of town but the garden setting is worth the slight inconvenience. The taxi fare to town on 1st evening was £3 (for some reason £4 there/back 2nd night); next day we took our car - a big parking station next to Tourist Info centre. WELCOMING ARRIVAL from the owner of this small hotel - she...

Quite frankly I am staggered to read the previous review which suggests this outstanding establishment is pretentious and is merely a B&B! My husband and I have stayed here several times now, and have always experienced the same level of superb hospitality from the hosts Marlene and Gary. Our room this weekend was luxurious, beautifully and tastefully decorated and comparable...

There are big plus factors and also some negatives. First the Good points: * The employed staff are all excellent in customer service and delivery. *They catered expertly to your needs seeing when you needed a drink, making sure you had everything you needed when in the rest areas and when you are at breakfast. * Breakfast was excellent and...

Went to Tenby this weekend with my husband and our friends and chose the Broadmead to stay. We weren't disappointed what a great choice we made. The staff were so friendly and Gary and Marlene made us so welcome with tea and home made welsh cakes on arrival. We had booked a superior room which was very comfortable and tastefully...

As our only possible holiday away from business this year, we booked the Coach house at the Broadmead for 3 nights. I had read the reviews which seemed good and on the plus side there was private parking. On arrival, the owner,Marlene, greeted us and showed us to our room. It was as we had seen on their website, clean...

“Room 23 was very nice”

“We were in Room 1 of the Coach House which is right next to the main building, the room exits onto the rear garden where there are tables an plenty of seats if you fancy using the garden area. The room itself had recently been prepared for our expected arrival at 6.30 pm - lights were already turned on giving it a very welcoming feel - the promised bottle of Prosecco was in an ice bucket chilling, plus 2 champagne flutes for its consumption - very nice touch! Everything about the room oozed quality and it is very hard find anything to criticise - we will certainly return again when visiting that area - Highly Recommended. ”

“Rooms with a view at the garden are quieter, as the ones looking out at the front as the carpark is there.”
