I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions the views from the rooms at the front of the hotel are breathtaking. We parked at the train station 1 pound for the night it's about 400 m from the hotel. It's very centrally located to all pubs clubs and restaurants and all the different shops. The hotel itself needs to...

Well as you will see from just about every review this hotel is in need of serious investment. Staff also are pretty ambivalent, possibly understaffed or just jaded from fending off complaints and repair requests? We had a wonderful seaview room and everything worked fine for a fairly budget room (£95 b&b). Carpets very threadbare in places and there is...

The hotel is tired and the staff seemed uninformed or uncaring. The room was fine. No hairdryer although advertised. The view and location are stunning. Wifi works only in the bar/lounge area. Our room leaked in the rain. Power went off for quite some time. The lift was out of order necessitating climbing several levels of stairs. Breakfast was below...

My husband and i didn,t read any reviews before our 1 night stay. The location of the hotel is fantastic we stayed in room 102 directly over the front entrance with a huge bay window so you have a beautiful panoramic view across the bay and harbour. The owners here could potentially have a gold mine! however the curtains were...

On arrival at this hotel we were greeted by a very pleasant lady. We had made a mistake with our booking, but instead of the manager explaining to us graciously that nothing could be done, he literally turned his back and said 'tough'. The room was adequate though, clean, tidy and comfortable, although the bedroom door wasn't very secure. The...

The exterior of the hotel hardly inspired confidence, it is in much need of refurbishment. This theme continued throughout, as you enter you are greeted by a very tired looking hotel, threadbare carpets, ripped furniture and a very tired feel about the place. The bedroom was actually alright if a little dated, the bathroom wasn't great with an awful shower,...
