Can't rate the staff enough, from the moment we arrived to the moment they left, they were so genuinely nice and helpful. None of that hoity-toity-ness of other spa hotels, felt like a welcome friend. Food was lovely (both breakfast and dinner), rooms were well decorated, stylish with everything you need.

We had a very warm welcome and a very quick check in. Our room had character and everything you would expect in hotel room was there and it all worked. The spa was ok. Treatments were on a par with our local salloon, just a little bit more expensive. The pool was ok for a dip but not for a...

Booked for just the one night as a mid week birthday treat for my partner. Arrived at the hotel which I would describe as a grand, good aged building, but walk inside and its lovely and modern. Our room was a great size with a comfy bed, balcony and all the normal extras. We used the leisure facilities which were...

We stayed here for my sister in laws 40th birthday, there was 6 of us. They did ask when booking if we were a hen party, which was fine, and we said that we were not. We booked for two nights and booked executive rooms. The room myself and my sister in law stayed in was separate from the other...

Hi Ladies, first and foremost let me apologise for any misunderstanding or misconceptions; it certainly isn't our style of management but its always a tricky one when we have a small gathering who are having a good time, which is what we want of course up to a point. We did have a few complaints from other guests about one...

Stayed at the hotel for a weekend break. The receptionist welcome was friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a first floor room which has been recently refurbished. It was all clean and modern the only thing missing was some coat hooks, also the doors onto the balcony was a bit draughty (it was extremely windy this weekend). We used...

My husband and I decided to go away for the night, last minute; we stumbled across this hotel whilst searching online and I am very glad that we did! Hotel staff were extremely polite and couldn't do enough to help you - throughout the whole of our stay! On arrival, our room was upgraded to an executive room which was...

My husband and I visited this hotel several years ago under the old management and were eager when back in the area to revisit to see what has been done with the place. We booked afternoon tea (24 hours' notice required) as we were staying at another location close by but wanted to visit. The impressions when entering the hotel...

My partner and myself stayed here overnight on a weekend trip to Tenby- it was valentine's day weekend so we decided to treat ourselves to somewhere slightly luxurious. The hotel is located on a quiet little road about a mile or so from the centre of Tenby. If you decide to walk from the hotel to the centre it will...

Peter, After reading your response to my review of your hotel the last thing I'll be doing is removing it as when I left the review trip advisor asks to confirm that my review was a true & honest reflection of my experience. I would like to point out that as for you calling me bitter & twisted I think you'll find it's more likely the other way around & its you who is bitter & twisted, almost every negative feedback I've read of your hotel is met with threats of you wanting to take people to court for slander ect. Maybe you should look at it more as constructive criticism & do something about making the hotel better rather than just trying to belittle the customers that have had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. Id also like to add that out of everything I wrote on my review the only thing you could bite back at (which you do on every negative review of this hotel from what I've seen) was the part where I wrote "somethings the Hotel should take note on & could have done to improve the place BESIDES putting a match to it" By all means take me to court if you feel the need but my comment was NOT written to entice anybody to do so. As for the hotel being sympathetic towards is if by that you mean turning the music back up 30 minutes after complaining then yes you were very sympathetic (that's sarcasm by the way incase your narrow mind can't get to grasps with it) I'll look forward to reading whatever negative response you post in regards to this. On a lighter note if you do decide to invest some money into replacing & solving the rotten/damp issues within your hotel give me a call I'll do you a good deal on building materials. Much love Gary. PS Merry Christmas xx
