Booked a few holidays in the UK for 2016, one of which at Hidden Valley Illfracombe. We were greeted at reception and then taken to our pitch. How to use all the features of their serviced pitches was explained and the guy even helped us park and unhook in the correct spot to make sure we could fit the awning...

We decided to take a couple of days out in the campervan so found Hidden Valley which had been recommended to us. We have three dogs who were accepted on the site and this is one of the determining factors in our choice. There is a wooded area behind the site where you can exercise the dogs off leash and...

Fantastic site with excellent facilities and welcoming staff. The surroundings are picturesque woodlands and it is close to some spectacular beaches. Lovely cafe, we didn't get to eat in the restaurant but having been in there, it seems a lovely setting near the lake. Thank you Hidden Valley!

We stayed at Hidden Valley for the bank holiday weekend and the facilities were excellent. We pitched our tent in their camping field and the toilet block was very clean and modern. Our pitch was a good size and we had electric hook up. The site is very clean and is set in a valley so sheltered from the wind....

Stayed at Hidden Valley for the bank holiday weekend. Could not find a fault, pitches were excellent (we stayed on a large pitch named ASH 3), 16amp EHU, mains water into caravan and grey waste out. DTV reception is poor as the site is located in a valley, no problem, there is a DTV connection on each pitch all you...

I have to say I am quite surprised about some of the reviews although each to their own as the saying goes. We found this site to be lovely and more for us. We had a spacious pitch I didn't find it a problem going up the steps to the facility block andcit it was would have used the path....

Second visit within the month. Fab site with fantastic clean amenities. Our wardens Nicky and Adrian were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this site. Can't wait to return.

This is definitely not a Five star or Premier site. We booked to stay for 3 nights only stayed for 2 the reason being was Ilfracombe was close to the site. I think the good reviews this site gets are from caravan owners who are pitched there permanently. Pot holes in the road, Showers run hot and cold with very...

Dear Mandy, Many thanks for your time writing your review. All feedback is most helpful as this helps us to improve our park and our service to you. I’m really sorry that the weather wasn’t great for your visit, I know how much the heavy rain and overcast days can spoil a holiday for some. I am so sorry to...

We've been here many times, more since the new owners took over. We camp all over Europe and this site is one of the most enlightened we've experienced. Happy children don't irritate other campers! - The best extra on this site is the exhortation by the management that " Children can play in the stream and build dens in the...

Stayed for three nights, Although advertised as open all year there's Not much open yet. We were disappointed having arrived an hour later than the advertised earliest arrival time, to find the pitch allocated had a caravan on it, this was one of three stored vans using our pitch and the two either side. That said the staff were quick...
