Wonderful hosts, great breakfasts, clean and charming. Daryl and Sharon are wonderful people and excellent hosts. They will assist with sights to see and restaurant recommendations. Make sure to go see Verity - she's quite something!

We stayed here for three nights in July. We found the the owners of the Collingdale along with the staff/cleaners friendly and extremely helpful. The Room we stayed in was fantastic and nicely decorated with an excellent view of Ilfracombe Harbour, our children shared a non sea view room too, and this was likewise faultless. Breakfast was excellent, with a...

From the second we arrived we were treated like family. Escorted through to sign in told of the honesty bar shown to our room, couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Then there is the breakfast possibly the best ever no more needs saying. To be honest I tried to find fault but couldn't it's that simple.

Our room was very pleasant with a large comfortable bed. Gorgeous views of the harbour and a continual changing landscape.. Breakfasts were delicious and the bacon particularly good. Our hosts were warm and friendly with a wealth of local knowledge that was invaluable to their guests. A lovely patio that you could relax with a drink to enjoy the scenery.

Three of us stayed there this week, whilst on a biking trip, so a twin and a single room. It's like a Tardis, really huge once you enter. The owners were great, the views of the harbour are amazing and the rooms were really comfortable and well laid out. Excellent all round!
