Perfect base for a short (or long) break in Ilfracombe. Our room was at the top of the house which involved a few stairs but had a lovely view of the harbour and surrounding countryside. The Collingdale deserves its reputation for comfort, good food and amenities. It has an informal feel while providing very high levels of service and attention....

I was sceptical of what would be left however I need not have worried with The Collingdale. It is a lovely guest house which is well presented. I had a family room (ensuite) which...

Fabulous hotel with lovely views of the harbour. Short walk down into Ilfracombe with plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is as good as all the other reviews say with a fish option. Sharon and Daryl were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Sharon and Andy

They have a very nice guest sitting room again with lovely sea views and separate bar lounge to chill in. Breakfast in the dinning room with...

This is a very good place to stay in Ilfracombe. It is ideally situated with lovely views from most bedrooms and is reasonably priced. The room we had was at the top of the house, quite small with a slanting ceiling and a very small bathroom but was very comfortable and spotless. There is quite a climb up several flights...
