Stayed here for two nights with my partner and other family members. I would say it's more like a b&b then a hotel. Breakfast only served between 8:30 - 9:00. Not nice at all, seemed mass produced. Very outdated decor, corridors smelt of smoke &...More

My wife and I were in a weekend coach party, staying at the Osborne Hotel. The service from start to finish was superb. This hotel is family run, and you could certainly tell the difference. Our cases were taken to our room, and the room...More

We openly appologised to you regarding your booking and explained to you that it was not our normal practice. We were very embarrassed about the situation we found ourselves in. I think offering you the discount off your bill of £10 per night not as...More

Yes, I'm currently on crutches and they changed our room to one with a walk in shower. I didn't ask they just did it. This was our 2nd visit. They have a lift too if needed.
