A very fine spacious guest house. One of the finest B&B breakfasts we had in quite a while, All in all very pleasant. Maybe just a bit too far from central Ilfracombe, but that's about it. Gabi was a great host.

have never stayed in such a spotlessly clean and comfortable place - dont change a thing. breakfasts perfect, bed comfy, and the owner certainly makes guests welcome and looks after them. wouldnt want to stay anywhere else when in the area.

We stayed at Graystoke over the Bank holiday jubilee weekend from Saturday 2nd - Monday 4th. The reviews really do speak for themselves. It's a lovely B&B not too far from the town and seafront. As we only stayed a couple of days we only met Gabi who did everything she could to make us feel welcome. Even checking local...

My wife and I had a three night stay at the Graystoke last month and we cannot fault it at all. We received a warm welcome and our room was well decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast each morning was well presented and deliceous and set us both up for the day. In my opinion I doubt you could...

This B&B is the most Fantastic and Excellant place to stay. From the moment we arrived, the owner was welcoming, friendly, attentive and couldn't do enough to help us. Everywhere was immaculately decorated and furnished and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The room, even though it was on the top floor, was spacious, perfectly decorated, clean, comfortable and...

Its all been said by others so I'll just say the high standards continue. Special mention of Gabi who is so welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble for her.

Landlady was pleasant and helpful. We had a superior room (for the extra £5, go for it) and our friends had standard rooms. The superior room was a lot more spacious but all the rooms were a good standard. The bar was not expensive like some could be but a little limited in choice. Still fine though. WiFi was free....

Couldn't fault this clean and comfortable accommodation which had all the little extras to hand. A friendly welcome on arrival and a delicious breakfast - with as much as you could eat - before departure. A two-seater sofa provided seating if you didn't want to watch the tv from the bed, and water was available in the small fridge. Delightful...
