Great friendly helpful staff. Room very clean and well furnished for a small hotel. Usual signs of wear and tear but this did not distract from its charms. Good malts in bar. I have to write more just to make up 200 characters. I was pleased what more can I say.

Booked in here for my work for 2 nights. Was told breakfast was served between 8.15 & 9.30 Which was OK with me. Came down on the Saturday to be told the chef hadn't come in so no cooked breakfast there was cereal, fruit, fruit juice, tea & toast available. Ate out at night. The Sunday was the day the clocks went...

Visited for an early evening bar meal. Good food in a dog friendly bar area. Also has separate restaurant. Good, well priced menu. Impressed to see a gluten free menu as well. Friendly staff and locals.

Top floor room 6 is very cold asked staff if the radiator could be turned on, no joy room had leaks on the ceiling and wall and looked like it was still leaking under the wallpaper. Although bathroom had underfloor heating and was nice and warm no good as I like to sleep in a bedroom not a bathroom. Stayed...

This was the last hotel I stayed in on a Highlands tour. Had Room 6 on the top floor. Bathroom was compact but had all the requirements and underfloor heating which was a nice touch. Needed a new Toilet seat and the towel rail did not work, but there was lashings of hot water, a good shower and large bath....

Business visit and the only place available. On booking they wanted the payment up front. On arrival I requested an invoice for my business claims. I was informed the printer wasn't working. I requested the wi-fi code to do my work. Despite several attempts at the suggested location within the hotel I gave up. There was no signal. I knew...

Sunday carvary food was fine not as hot as it could have been but that's probably normal for a carvary, service, sadly, left a lot to be desired! The young man front of house needs more training and I wish I'd said something while I was there! Good food though with lots of choice!

We had our doubts after reading some bad TripAdvisor reviews but were assured this was the best food in town so decided to give it a go. We were told they couldn't accommodate us for half an hour in their empty restaurant. Staff were unnecessarily abrasive when we asked about what time they stopped serving food so we didn't bother...

Our B&B host recommended the Scot House Hotel Restaurant as she had said other guests said it was good value for money. We weren't sure if we would be able to get a table as it was August and everywhere quite busy. We arrived about 7:45pm and it wasn't busy at all, got a table in the window which was...

After spending 100 miles in a car stopping off at several distilleries a nice comfy clean hotel with a good restaurant is just what we needed. So we weren't disappointed, this is a really clean hotel with lovely rooms and a great good priced restaurant. Considering on main road was also surprisingly quiet, if in area will definitely use again....
