We travel a lot and we think Arden House is the ideal place to stay when you go to Aviemore area. It's in a great location, very nice and comfortable rooms. We have been only one night but it was a lovely stay, definitely we'll go back. Big size room and bed, comfortable, warm, big private bathroom, full of comforts and all you need for the best stay. Graham is very friendly and kind. The breakfast is good and delicious, car park, excellent signal wi-fi. All is perfect. Strongly recommended, hard to find a better accomodation!!!

We found Janet and Graham excellent hosts on our week long stay. They couldn’t do enough for us in accommodating for our 6 month old busy. Breakfast is excellent and they have adopted to COVID-19 in a safe yet unobtrusive way. We will definitely be back next year.

Stayed 4 nights for a little holiday. This guest house was perfect. Friendly owners. Very clean. Excellent breakfasts. We even had warm, sunny weather. Used this as a base for this lovely area. Enjoyed Loch an Eilan, the Highland wildlife park and the nearby sculpture trail. Good food in the evenings at restaurants. Make sure you book in advance as capacity is low due to Covid.

From the moment we arrived Janet and Graham made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the family room which was very spacious, beautifully decorated and well equipped. Breakfast was beautiful and we couldn't have asked for more. I have already recommended Arden House to family and friends and would stay again if we return to Kingussie.
