There is nothing that I could say needed improvement during our stay. Very clean room and bath, comfortable bedding and wonderful breakfasts every day! A quite location but convenient to everything that the Highlands have to offer. We spent three enjoyable nights at the Hermitage, would highly recommend a stay with them!

This was our second stay here, both times in the Spey room which is a very comfortable room at the back of the house. The bedding and towels felt luxurious, and the toiletries provided are quality Scottish products. There is a good choice at breakfast and Pauline provides a fantastic cooked breakfast. There is plenty of off-road parking and a very short walk to the local shops and eateries. The Hermitage is a lovely place to stay in this area, from which we were visiting the Highland Wildlife Park.

Didn't book - just rang the bell. The host was fantastic (even offered to dry our wet footwear) We got our bikes in the garage - always a bonus. Our room was immaculate and the breakfast was top notch - well done Sir!

Hassle free experience right from the start. Our host Andrew politely showed us to our room gave us the details of breakfast the next morning and then left us to settle in. We did a quick inspection of the room: • Comfortable beds • Good quality sheets • Towels (thick and still fluffy, not dry and coarse) • Thoughtful decor (not over the top) • Clean We had a comfortable night of sleep and in the morning were pleasantly surprised with how good the breakfast was: plenty of choice as to what to have and all cooked well and with fresh ingredients. Upon packing up our belongings we paid the remainder of the bill - a surprisingly reasonable price considering the time of the year, quality of the accommodation and also the going rate with other providers (working within the industry I'm in daily contact with providers and it's common to see far more expensive prices for much poorer service). Overall, a very pleasant stay and one that hopefully I can use again and also recommend to any of my customers who may be travelling in the direction of Kingussie.
