Welcome to the McInnes House Hotel in the Cairngorms National Park. We have been working hard to give this 150 year old highland Victorian hotel some much needed love. We have given the hotel the highest standard of accommodation, with new bedding, modern furnishings to allow you to have the most comfortable guest experience. Our bar and restaurant have also undergone an extensive make over. With new seating and decor thoughout, dining beside an open fire, you can enjoy our new lunch and evening menu. In the afternoon you will find on the menu a selection of snacks and high tea. Behind the bar you can experience whisky on the rocks or mixed with a cocktail, from our finest whisky selections. No matter the reason for your stay, staff at the hotel are on hand to make your time with us comfortable and relaxed, providing highland hospitality. And our newest edition for 2020, our outdoor summer garden.

Previously stayed just after owners took over. Place was a work in progress but service and food were great. This time renovations had been completed and hotel looks great. Service was excellent again and our coeliac son was very well looked after by the chef. We hope to be back soon.

We were staying nearby and this hotel was recommended to us for evening dinner. My husband popped over to see if there was a possibility of a table for 4 people, difficult for restaurants as they can only seat half of the normal amount of guests. They were able to fit us in for an early sitting which we were happy with. Upon arrival we were happy to see that every care was taken to keep everyone safe from covid 19. The dining area is very tastefully decorated to a high standard, nice airy and modern. Excellent staff, great menu, able to supply me with gluten free food. The food was excellent, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Very clean and tidy. Can recommend. Covid secure.

Lovely hotel, very clean and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here with our 3 children. We had the family suite with the adjoining room and found that worked perfectly well for us. The meals were tasty too and we loved that the children's food was dished up as beautifully as ours, which meant the kids were really excited and ate everything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very clean and comfortable room, well thought out for a family of four. A twin-bedded room just off our spacious double had its own tv but no remote so that we could easily control the children's viewing. Plenty of hand-sanitiser and clear signage made everyone safe. A generous and delicious breakfast rounded off our stay.

Very welcoming hotel with warm, accommodating staff made for a really relaxing stay. Food was excellent. Covid measures in place helped ease any anxieties. Covered areas outdoors to relax with a drink during restrictions. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to others. Great base for exploring the area.
