Both myself and my companion were unable to fault the service we enjoyed during our overnight stay on 3th./4th. March - the accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean, the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful, and the variety and quality of food provided for breakfast was extremely good.

I have stayed at Rosebank twice for a few nights each time, with my baby. It really is a lovely B&B with thoughtful little touches - homemade cookies in the room, fresh milk, nice toiletries. Breakfast is really excellent. There are many interesting artworks, maps and books around the place. The hosts are very welcoming and are especially helpful with...

This is a lovely house in a convenient location, a short stroll along the riverbank from the town centre. Jim and Aoife were the perfect hosts and were able to recommend a superb (and even moderately affordable) evening meal nearby (plenty of options available at range of price points but it was nice to be away together so the recommendation...

We booked into this house for one night the host was very attentive, even offering to try and book a table for a evening meal. The room was very clean and had everything you needed. The home made biscuits, fresh milk and bottled water were a real bonus. Although the house is just off the road there was no noise....

We made a last minute decision to travel to Blairgowrie at the weekend. Telephoning on Saturday evening we were welcomed into their interesting and warm home. The breakfast was exceptional, with lots of home cooked treats.

I stayed at this B&B while visiting the area for wildlife viewing (a great destination for this reason). It's a really welcoming place, beautifully traditional but modern throughout. The proprietors were lovely; extremely friendly and helpful and even left me a takeout meal as I was leaving early. I will definitely return and recommend this B&B. My sincere thanks for...

Really great weekend stay, we were looked after brilliantly. Very convenient location with extra touches like log fire, welly boots, umbrellas and fresh milk for tea and coffee and sound local knowledge and recccomendations. Will stay again.

Having never stayed, I feel a little under qualified to post a review, but I have booked in countless guests over the past year and not one has had a poor word to say, which in itself, speaks volumes. I've been told that Aoife and Jim are the perfect hosts - attentive, accommodating and I am told that the breakfast's...
