Fab location. We were in room 203. Front of the hotel. Massive bay windows overlooking the Sea.. Great view. A five minute walk from the ferry. There is a pub/club downstairs in the basement. It can be noisy if your room is in the front of the hotel.. ie.. When peeps come out the pub for cigarettes.. It didn't bother... More

Stayed here with my parents while visiting my grandparent who lives on the IOM, it's the first time I've stayed here and was very impressed with the whole hotel! Rooms are very spacious, all amenities needed, comfortable beds! Breakfast is excellent! And it's ideally located near the town centre, sea terminal and restaurants. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone looking... More

We had a sea view, lovely room and lovely breakfast. The staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay and will be staying there again. The room was very spacious with a king size bed. Excellent value for money.

Love the location of this place, rooms good nothing to special, clean. There is a bar & restaraunt in the basement that sell nice but expensive food & drink. Parking is a utter nightmare. Would stay again if I could park somewhere.

just back from a weekend stay in this hotel and it was wonderful from the location to the room and service couldn't fault it in anyway. The room didn't have a sea view but we were aware of that before hand but even though this didn't take away from the spacious room and very spacious bathroom, cleanliness level was high... More

Our stay in this hotel was pleasant enough. However all of the facilities are in need of updating. In our room there was a very noisy water pipe which made a racket every time someone flushed their toilet! We found it amusing due to the noises but it wasn't good really. We didn't stay in an executive room but perhaps... More

This hotel is in a superb location, overlooking the sea and near to the town of Douglas. It's also close to buses and the horse drawn tram stops outside. The only problem with this hotel is parking. The breakfast room is superb, very bright and cheerful along with the staff. The rooms are good, but next time I will upgrade to a room with a sea...
