When we finally got checked in and saw our room we were rather wishing we hadn't hung around for the room. It was a twin bedded room but was so narrow...

We booked a single room (room 2) for £233 for 6 nights Our son who has coordination difficulties, used the Trevellyn Hotel as his first independent venture, with ourselves staying about 6 miles away. We can only say the room he was issued, in our opinion should not be classed as a letting room, extremely small (which does not show...

The facilities may be basic but the staff are friendly and helpful. I chose it for it's reasonable rates which included a full breakfast so didn't expect any frills. Rooms at the front may have a sea view but the mornings may start early...5am with the sound of revving scooters and men chatting.

Cheap and cheerful, love the old listed building and narrow corridoors, perfect if you're on a budget and want somewhere a bit quirky. Its family run and they are all chatty and the location is perfect your listerally on the beach, also the chinese restaurant next door does good food aswell.
