We were visiting Dunbar for a family celebration and the hotel we normally stay at was fully booked. This turned out well as we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was quite small but exceptionally clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was superb with plenty of accessories. I have enjoyed the hotel bar on countless other occasions and...

Staff couldn't do enough for us especially Cliff who went the extra mile. All very friendly. Food was excellent would definitely recommend this hotel even if it is just for a meal. Will be back very soon.

This is the only hotel that I've stayed at where the breakfast choice was excellent. There is so much choice and its all tasty. The staff are all very friendly too. The room that we had was large and had a huge bed and everything was very clean with towels changed every day.Its an old hotel so the floors were...

My wife and I stayed here on our way up to north of Scotland. We were greeted by really friendly staff and shown to our double room which was clean and spacious. The night we were there was "steak night" in the classic style restaurant and we had 2 rib eye steaks for £25 which were really tasty plus a...

Stayed for one night on a business trip. Great location in the town center and 200 meters from the train station. Friendly staff and helpful. Good rooms, a little old fashioned but had everything you need. Good value for money. Would definitely go back

Back room I had looked out to old courtyard that was not nice n very messy .. Could do with a face lift ... Also kitchen staff liked to play football very loudly here banging against the...

I travelled on my own with my dog. The staff were friendly and helpful, with nothing being too much trouble. The ensuite room was clean and comfortable. Lovely vegetarian cooked breakfast. Ideal location for train travellers and very close to both the sea and to the centre of town.

The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay. Big comfortable beds in ensuite rooms. Staff were very friendsly. The Scottish breakfast was very good however, they need to learn how to make Eggs Benedict before offering this on their breakfast menu. Brick hard muffin, strange tasting thin ham, microwaved(?) eggs and half a teaspoonful of some dreadful looking sauce was...
