This was a very clean and comfortable premier inn, with friendly staff and a clean restaurant with lovely food. We could not fault it and would definitely stay again. The location was very convenient for what we wanted to do on our break.
Great room in the newer part of the hotel. Nice lighting, clean and quiet. Good mirror with lighting and the hairdryer was in the same area which helps when trying to get ready. After staying in multiple hotels where there is no mirror near the plugs, makes a nice change that someone has been sensible with the design! Really comfortable bed.
This was a stopover for us on our way north so we just wanted somewhere easy, clean and comfortable with food on site. This ticked all the boxes and surpassed my expectations! Lovely friendly, helpful staff and breakfast, in particular, at the Brewers Fayre attached was great with great coffee!! 😃
I’d been staying here most Sunday evenings for the last four months for work. Throughout that time I stayed in lots of different rooms, which were all the same - good amenities and cleaned to a good standard. I always felt sad leaving home for work on a Sunday night, but I was always cheered up by the friendly staff. A particular thankyou to Pam, who was always welcoming and remembered snippets about me that I’d told her over the times we chatted. I really appreciate the treats and notes that she left me as a returning visitor, and her efforts to try to find my AirPods that I sadly left on one visit (also thankyou to Tracey for being so kind when responding to my frantic phone calls when I realised I no longer had these AirPods). Overall, although I’m glad not to be returning, because it means that I’m no longer working away, I’d have no hesitation in returning again!…
The beds were very comfy and nice bath and shower. The room wasn’t very clean. When I first when in the room I noticed the dust and then I found a bottle under the bed which I though was disgusting with covid. I had the curtain pole fall down on my 3 year olds head when she went to look out the window. I was going to talk to a member of staff but every time there was either a queue and I was in a rush or there was no one there.
I needed to visit family and this Premier Hotel was in a very convenient location. Price was right as I just needed a bed for the night. The hotel and the room were very clean. I liked the fact there was a restaurant right next door which I used due to arriving early.
I stay at this hotel most weeks due to work. Staff are always really friendly and can't do enough for you. Next door is a Brewers Fayre and food is good value for money - staff again in here are brilliant. Breakfast in the mornings is located next door at the Brewers Fayre. I find the rooms always clean and tidy. Bed is incredibly comfy and I always have a great night's sleep. Bathroom is always clean too with a brilliant shower.
Staff very courteous where nothing was ever a problem. Always clean. Very chipper staff. Good value for money. Surpassed expectations for a premier inn. Great transport links. Close to amenities. Free phone at reception for ordering local taxis (excellent value for money) Would recommend.
They don't tell you if you want the basics, like clean cups and your bed made up you have to tell them. No notes in bedroom. So we left just after 10 am turned back up at 10pm. Un made bed, old towels, dirty coffee cups and no tea or coffee. Why because we didn't tell them we wanted them to do what any b and b would do. Also they didn't tell us. So tonight I made our bed, I washed our cups and my husband had to ask for clean towels and tea and coffee. I am paying for a service I didn't get. I feel cheated.
A very modern, clean hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. A good nights sleep comes easy in this quiet environment. This hotel is modern and has everything you could ask for. The restaurant next door serves great food and drink at very competitive prices.
