We enjoyed our stay at hallgarth. The location of this hotel is a stonesthrow from Durham. All the staff were very pleasant, our room was spot on and the breakfast was fab. Thanks to you all for a great stay xxxxx
Attended afternoon tea and have to say I was extremely disappointed, the afternoon tea was nothing to get excited about and the tableware was not what afternoon tea in other reviews was served on, basic white tableware. The sandwiches were very basic and limited selection...More
Just checked out from a lovely 2 night stay here. It’s set in such a beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are very quirky ( we booked 3 as there was 6 of us) ... very very comfortable beds and super clean room and bathroom....More
Husband booked a surprise night away for our wedding anniversary. Lovely on arrival, given directions to our room, however in a small, personal hotel, I would of expected someone to show us to our room. The room was lovely, we stayed in the sanctuary suite....More
