Lovely room, free chocs and glass of Proceco went down well. Breakfast really good. Staff looked after us and were very very helpful when a few days after our stayed I realised I had left my jacket in the room. If was returned to me within a few days of me notifying them.

We stayed here last month & really enjoyed in. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful, Michaela in particular. The room was clean & tidy & we loved the chocolates left for us. Waiting staff in the morning were a bit slow but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

We booked for a 2 night midweek break in September. It is only a short stroll from the centre of Bowness & is on a road that is not too busy. The room & décor were lovely - ours had a shower (my husband was hoping for a bath but on reading the details further it did say bath or...

I won a Facebook competition and was really excited to visit the hotel. The hotel is in an ideal location to get to the main area. I stayed in an attic room this was beautifully decorated but on the down side it was so hot you couldn't sleep and the noise from the busy road wasn't ideal. There was hardly...

I meant to put up a review after our trip in September last year. Great hotel. Luxury rooms and amazing service. Staff could not do enough for us. Great example of where tourism needs to go. The hotel is made up of a series of town houses. Try one of the suites. Worth the extra cost.

I was very lucky to win a Facebook competition for a night in this beautiful hotel! We arrived early and left our car to wonder in to town. At check in, we were treated like kings, thanks to Michaela (I think that was her name). She showed us to our room, which was absolutely beautiful. It was extremely clean and...
