We have stayed at The Cranleigh several times but this was the first time in the second building. We were in room 14. Recently refurbished, the room was beautiful. It was luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast as usual was delicious and the service as attentive as ever... BUT last night at around 11pm the couple in the next door room arrived...

I stayed in suite 10 for 2 nights, it was very clean, really cool, great decor fab facilities. Comfy bed nice little touches amazing breakfast only down sides was the parking and the pillows weren't up to the standard of everything else. Would stay here again for sure maybe in one of the boutique suites. Don't bother with the fizzy...

We stayed here on our way to Millom. What an exceptional service the hotel provide. Mikaela greeted us and was so friendly and helpful, she couldn't do enough for us including recommending restaurants and offering to assist with baggage. We stayed in room 4 and the interior design was 5 star. The only problem we had was that we were...

Just got back from a stay here. Hotel is stunning. Staff are helpful, friendly and attentive. Hotel is in a great place just a few minutes walk from the boats, shops and restaurants. Tiny few things need attention that's why it dropped a star for me but that's probably because I'm really fussy.

We stayed here for 2 nights while celebrating my hubby's 50th birthday. Fabulous little hotel, staff were extremely friendly. Room was spotless with lovely biscuits! Great, tasty breakfast. A 2 minute walk to all the shops, bars & restaurants.

This was our second visit to the Cranleigh. During our first visit we stayed in room 2 and thought it was lovely, but we didn't sleep very well as we didn't find the bed to be comfortable and thought it was a bit too warm. This time we tried room 4, which was a cheaper room just down the corridor....

Just returned from 2 nights at the Hideout House from the Cranleigh Boutique. We arrived at the Cranleigh at about 15:20 on Friday to check in, everything was nice and straight forward, Edward explained everything, gave us the keys and directions and we were on our way. Pulling up outside I was a little surprised as it looked like a...
