Very friendly staff and the usual Travelodge rooms. Just one point to note, having a road side room, very noisy from the main road the light shines in early in the morning. Other than that a great stay and would use again.
Room was fine, breakfast was good, staff nice. The public areas in this hotel open onto a car park downstairs and are unmanned. These areas (including the lift) smell of smoke and frankly, urine. The location of the hotel is ok but at night time there isn't much around if you…

This hotel is centrally located in Newcastle-under-Lyme. It is good value - always clean and friendly. I don't bother with breakfast in the hotel anymore as there are eateries in town and a Lidl right next door. There can be issues with traffic noise depending on the room you…
"Stayed on high floor"
"Don't think it matters about the room, possibly a higher floor away from the road or at the back of the property."
"Anything facing the main Lidl car park."
"Rooms at the back are quieter. If you face the road you might not want to open your window."
"Rooms on the 5th floor were quiet - especially those not road side."
